An early 1961 Single Cut Melody Maker. Last of the single cuts.
The guitar has been modified with both pickups replaced with Lollar P-90s. It doesn’t get much better.
Big chunky neck and a great 2 tone sunburst finish.
Maestro Vibroloa VMB-1-2 has been removed and is in the case. It is missing the arm and the pin and to be honest this system did not work very well.
The pickguard could use an additional screw by the neck P-90 but it does not impact the playability of the guitar.
